Christmas has come and gone

Christmas is truly my favorite time of year. What a great time it is to celebrate Christ's birth and remember the true meaning of Christmas. On Christmas Eve, my parents came over for dinner. We had a delicious dinner and dessert followed by Christmas songs and poems. That night we had a lot to do to get ready for Santa. Mike and I stayed up until 1 a.m. Christmas morning Bentley came right into our room announcing that Santa had come into his room and Parker's room too. He told us that the reindeer ate their carrots and Santa ate his cookies and had left his footprints all over the house. Bentley was thrilled to excitement when he saw his Castle from Santa. Parker loved his new "upright dirt devil vacuum"too and immediately got to cleaning the floors. After the kids were done opening their presents, we had blueberry pancakes and headed out the door to my parent's church. The rest of the day we spent with Mike's family. The kids got a little drum set with a guitar and microphone from GG. The boys had a jam session at Noni's house! I will always remember the pure joy in my children's faces this Christmas. I am truly grateful for my beautiful family and my Savior Jesus Christ. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!

Halloween week

During this past week we were really busy with lots going on. We went to a Halloween Carnival in Scottsdale, MacDonald Ranch Pumpkin Patch, Trunk or Treat, and of course Halloween trick or treating. By the end of the week, my kids were worn out! We had a lot of fun with all the Halloween festivities!

Solana Beach

We had a blast in Solana Beach this summer. The weather was perfect and the water was not too cold! We got to be with our family and see some great friends of ours. Bentley was so entertained by his cousins that mom did not exist at the beach. He had so much fun jumping in the waves, playing baseball, building sand castles, playing with rockets, and much more. Parker was a total beach baby and took a nap everyday on the beach. He loved the sand so much he would roll in it and even lay his head down in it. He thought the ocean was a pool and would go running off into it and I would have to catch him before a wave could knock him down. We LOVE the BEACH and hope to continue our family tradition year after year....

Parker Turn's 1

Parker turned one on Saturday, March 12th. I cannot believe that my baby is 1. Where has the time gone? My sweet little Parker is full of adventure and personality. He likes to snuggle and I love every minute I get with him. His laughter and smile melt me everyday and I thank God always for this little Angel. Happy 1st Birthday Parker.
