It's been awhile....Let's start with Halloween.......

Halloween was so much fun this year! Bentley was a fireman and Parker was a Dalmatian. We had fun with my Mom who came over to make a gingerbread haunted house with Bentley. We enjoyed friends and trunk or treat at our ward halloween party. Bentley was having so much fun with his friends. Mike's Mom invited us to her community halloween party down the street. Bentley had so much fun playing games and getting a ballon sword made for him. He also won best costume from ages 3-5. I was shocked because there were so many other kids with great costumes. Go Bentley! We also were invited by our good friends to their families block party. They had a live band, games, costumes, food, and prizes. It was a lot of fun! On Halloween, we had a party at my Aunt's house with dinner and trick or treating! We had a lot of fun dressing up. Mike was a hippy and I was Dorothy. It was definitely a busy halloween week.

Pinetop

Pinetop is one of our favorite places to escape the heat here in the valley. We had an excuse to go because Mike and Ryan had a bike race in Show-Low. They had a great ride!

Disneyland The Happiest Place on Earth

Over Labor Day weekend we went to Disneyland with our friends. We had so much fun taking the kids on all the rides. We even did some kid exchanges so the adults could have some fun on the rides too! Bentley and his friend Owen had such a blast together on all the rides. We loved every minute of this trip with our friends. We enjoyed Palm Springs Outlets, meetings with Albert everyday, the hotel roaring lion, free breakfast, fabulous bus ride every morning and night, stroller trouble, short lines, a piece of chicken on a stick ( I was still hungry), Indiana Jones with Liz, Pirates of the Caribbean with the kids, all the kiddie rides, Bentley on the Tea Cups, World of Colors, Finding Nemo Voyage, Mickey Mouse Ferris Wheel, Splash Mountain ( we were soaked), Soaring over California, Thunder Mountain, Jungle Cruise, nap time, Balboa Island, and we finally had our mexican food we were craving the whole time! Thanks to the Roth's we had a wonderful time!

Father's Day Weekend

Over Father's Day weekend we had a blast at the lake. We love when Nana and Papa invite us out on the boat. We are always thoroughly entertained at the lake. Mike brought a fishing pole to the lake to teach Bentley how to fish and wasn't expecting to catch anything, but boy was he wrong. He caught two blue gills and 3 catfish! All the kids were amazed! Bentley wanted to take it home and eat it for dinner. Bentley and I went tubing and got thrown off..... Bentley was a little scared. Sunday, we went to my parent's ward to hear my mom speak. She is a very spiritual person and I enjoyed hearing her talk about her Dad and the role he played in providing, presiding, and protecting his family. After church, we had a barbecue for all the Dads to celebrate Father's Day it was delicious!

I just love having two boys. It is so much fun to see Bentley and Parker interact with each other. Bentley is always is such a big help when it comes to feeding and taking care of his brother. He is always sure to tell me when Parker is hungry, crying, the sun is in his eyes while we are driving, or he needs his pacifier. This passed Sunday Parker was blessed. Mike gave an amazing blessing to him and we were able to share this special day with our closest friends and family. We are so happy with our two little boys! We are blessed!
